The IOA Foundation, Inc. accepts applications year-round. Decisions are made at Board Meetings and organizations are notified approximately two weeks later. To be considered, a grant application must arrive six weeks prior to the Board Meeting. The Board of Directors of The IOA Foundation, Inc. meets quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month as follows:

Required Information
- Your organization’s mission.
- A description of the proposal project.
- A listing of officers and board members, including their professional affiliations.
- A list of your organization’s objectives for the current fiscal year.
- A summary of last year’s major accomplishments.
- For program grants, itemize program revenues and expenses, specify a timeline, and indicate plans for future funding.
Required Attachments
- Your organization’s operating budget for the current fiscal year.
- List of corporate/foundation donors (including grant amount).
- Most recent audited financial statement.
- A copy of your IRS letter.
- Your most recent Form 990.
Financial Information Required
- Annual revenues (last budget year).
- Annual expenses (lat budget year).
- Primary revenue sources (last budget year).
