LONGWOOD, Fla. (November 20, 2017) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) entered Insurance Journal‘s Top 50 Personal Lines Leaders list this year in the No. 21 position. This is IOA’s first appearance on the list.
“We’re thrilled to enter the list in the No. 21 position,” says IOA CEO Heath Ritenour. “We see nothing but great things ahead as we serve our personal lines clients with the same excellence and passion as we do with our commercial clients.”
The 2017 Personal Lines Leaders are taken from Insurance Journal’s Top 100 Property/Casualty Independent Agencies as reported in August. This list utilizes only the 2016 personal lines numbers of the independent agencies and brokerages that submitted data to the Top 100 agencies report.
“Some think that big agencies can’t keep the culture of smaller firms or give the same kind of attention. But that proved not to be the case when we were able to respond to our customers quickly after Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Our size actually allowed us to take even better care of our clients’ needs,” says Personal Lines President Herman Peery. “That gets us excited, and we look forward to continued growth and more appearances on this prestigious list.”
