LONGWOOD, Fla. (Feb. 9, 2023) – Insurance Office of America (IOA), the fourth largest privately held insurance brokerage in the United States, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Coleman as Eastern division president.
Mike brings over 25 years of industry experience to his new role. He joined IOA in 2015 as a managing partner, and in March 2022, he was appointed president of the Northeast region. In his role as division president, Mike will lead an expansive and growing sales team, while strengthening IOA’s overall marketplace presence and carrier partner engagement.

Mike is a proven leader and uniquely gifted in motivating team members and industry partners alike. He possesses a deep level of expertise in the insurance industry as a whole with a specialization in insurance coverage and risk mitigation for the construction industry and developers. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
