Regional President Heyward Burnet
LONGWOOD, Fla. (September 12, 2023) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Heyward Burnet to the position of north Florida regional president, which includes Jacksonville, Ocala, and Ormond Beach.

Heyward joined IOA in 2007 and served most recently as a managing partner. As north Florida regional president, Heyward will lead a talented team to drive the implementation of innovative strategies to further enhance IOA’s market presence, expand its customer base, and deliver exceptional solutions. His proven track record of success and his ability to inspire and motivate others make him the ideal choice for the region.

Heyward also has been a safety and risk management innovator for more than a decade. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and financial management services from Georgia Southern University.
