Paul Sullivan, Western Division President
LONGWOOD, Fla. (October 5, 2023) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Sullivan to the role of Western Division president.
“Since joining IOA, Paul has been instrumental in IOA’s growth trajectory in the Western region. His ascent in the organization is a testament to his excellent leadership, business acumen, and commitment to the growth and success of IOA,” said IOA President Rob Motley.
Paul joined IOA in 2009 and has been essential in the rapid growth of IOA’s western region, increasing revenue, producer staff, and locations. He previously served as regional president of the Northwest region, and has been responsible for partner relations, sales development, and broker recruitment, providing proactive risk and insurance services for a diverse group of clients in the U.S. and globally.
“I’m honored and excited to have this opportunity to serve on a deeper level in the Western Division of IOA,” said Paul. “I’m passionate about making deep connections inside and outside of the company and continuing to contribute to the success of our strategic objectives and the growth of our agency.”
Paul currently serves as a member of the IOA Board of Directors. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and finance from San Francisco State University.
