Barrett Charpia, Managing Partner
LONGWOOD, Fla. (February 8, 2024) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Barrett Charpia to the position of managing partner. Barrett will deepen his role with the Columbia, South Carolina, office, which is part of IOA’s Eastern Division.

Barrett joined IOA in 2017 as a commercial lines producer, and he has built an expansive client base throughout the southeast United States in industries such as construction, property, and transportation. He specializes in providing tailored risk management programs for his clients that help protect their assets, provide a sense of security surrounding their business efforts, and increase their bottom line. During his tenure, he has demonstrated servant leadership by actively contributing to the development and performance of his team members.

Barrett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in sales from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and he holds the professional workers compensation advisor (PWCA) designation. In 2021, Barrett was recognized as an Insurance Business America Rising Star.
