DyQuan Dye, Managing Partner, Select Business & Personal Lines
LONGWOOD, Fla. (April 3, 2024) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of DyQuan Dye to managing partner of select business and personal lines and Sheila Serrano to senior director of operations of select business and personal lines.

Sheila Serrano, Sr. Director, Operations, Select Business & Personal Lines
Sheila joined IOA in 2010 and has since played a pivotal role in driving transformational change for select business operations. Her strategic thinking, strong operational skills, and commitment to customer service have significantly contributed to the achievements of the division. In her new role, Sheila will oversee the operations of both select business and personal lines, ensuring that IOA’s customers continue to receive outstanding service.
