Kannen Caldwell joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in October 2023 as a commercial insurance agent. As a specialist in architecture and engineering, Kannen leverages his industry expertise, problem solving skills, and his ability to foster a broad network of relationships to assist design professionals with their risk management and insurance needs.

Kannen is focused on building a valuable two-way partnership with his clients, offering exceptional client service on top of account management. He works on behalf of the client, seeking the most competitive premium options from the best insurance carriers while offering a wide variety of risk management solutions via IOA’s substantial collection of tools and resources available to clients.

Kannen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
