Tonny Harris

Tonny Harris joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in September 2024 following nearly a decade of experience in education and leadership. Tonny will focus on employee benefits as he seeks to serve the needs of employers throughout Florida with the same commitment and passion that he has shown to students.

Tonny is driven and solutions-oriented with a track record of success in engaging, managing, and motivating groups of diverse individuals towards reaching common goals. He strives to support organizational goals through relationship building that is grounded in client service, commitment, and transparency.

Tonny earned his doctoral degree in educational leadership from the University of Central Florida (UCF). He also earned a Master of Education degree and bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary skills from UCF.
