Miguel Gonzalez serves as Vice President of Benefits; Workforce Solutions for Insurance Office of America (IOA). He applies his 20+ years in benefits administration and customized third party Business Process Outsourcing to lead IOA in exceptional/enhanced client services. He has interfaced with a wide variety of industry segments to provide objective based solutions. His applications have included project management for Fortune 500 and mid-size companies in HR and benefits administration, financial administration, customer response management, document management and metrics based recruiting/staffing services. Prior to IOA Miguel was an executive at Hewitt Associates, where he managed an HR consulting, administrative outsourcing and benefits management client portfolio. While at Hewitt, Miguel led teams responsible for over 100,000 employees. Miguel holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. He also holds several professional post graduate certifications, including Healthcare Reform Specialist.
