Sammy Harris

Sammy started with IOA in 2006. After years in the commercial subcontracting business, he concentrates on writing all types of construction related business including GC’s, Subs, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and more. Sammy also has a concentration on public entity insurance for cities, counties and school systems.
