Andrew Yovanovich
Benefits ConsultantAndrew Yovanovich joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in February 2024. With over two decades of experience in the employee benefits industry, Andrew has helped employers by implementing innovative and impactful solutions for their human capital risk and welfare needs. His primary focus is using data and analytics to develop cost containment strategies that improve the health, happiness, and financial wellbeing of his clients and their employees. Andrew has a diverse set of skills and knowledge covering many aspects of the insurance sector.
Prior to joining IOA, Andrew started his career working for a small pension firm in West Chester, Pennsylvania. From there, he joined a major global insurance company as an employee benefits advisor before spending several years as a large group sales executive for Kaiser Permanente selling medical plans to large employers throughout Colorado. Andrew gained a strong passion for alternative funding while working for a national health management company, understanding the complexities of stop-loss, pharmacy benefit management, and third-party administration.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Chester University.
