Bill Rush

Bill graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a degree in Finance and an MBA in 1980. Prior to his insurance career, he was Vice President of commercial lending at a local bank in Orlando. In 1985, Bill began his insurance carrier and spent 16 years at a Third Party Administrator overseeing all underwriting and policy services. He joined IOA in 2001 as a commercial lines producer and became a stockholder in 2003. Currently, Bill is the Florida Managing Partner. Bill and his wife, Leigh Ann, have two daughters, Whitney and Emily. Emily’s husband Andrew also joined IOA as a producer and works with Bill. Bill and Leigh Ann are active in their church.
