Dan Ricker
Managing PartnerDan Ricker joined IOA 20 years ago after 10 years as a claims adjuster. He now serves as Managing Partner of IOA’s Tampa branch and serves on IOA’s Benefits Advisory Council. Dan graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in professional accounting. Dan has been awarded IOA’s top designation of Chairman’s Club for 5 years in a row. Dan holds the designation of Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist and specializes in creative benefits solutions for his clients. He has been married for 25 years to his wife Michelle and has 3 children.
