James Keeling

James Keeling has been with Insurance Office of America (IOA) since 2011 in the Santa Barbara Office. He holds an agent and brokers Property and Casualty License, as well as a Life & Health License. He specializes in bonds and is able to issue bonds on behalf of sureties in his office. He has over 25 years of experience in the surety market and understands the complex government bond process, including the SBA 8(a) small business program.

James is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a member of the Rotary, Vikings of Solvang, Chamber of Commerce, Santa Maria Contractors Assn.
