Leroy Maxwell
Risk Management SpecialistLeroy Maxwell joined IOA’s Charleston, South Carolina, location in 2018 as a risk management specialist. Before joining IOA, Leroy served as a commercial producer with Turbeville Insurance Agency, where he primarily focused on contractors. Additionally, Leroy brings years of insurance expertise and risk management experience helping law firms, manufacturers, and medical professionals manage, mitigate, and transfer risk.
He represents the insurance industry as a member of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce, Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, and South Carolina Association of Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors.
Leroy is a native of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and attended the University of South Carolina at Columbia where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics.
