Louis Gallucci

Louis Gallucci joined IOA in 2021, having previously spent nearly two decades helping employers steward their health and welfare programs. Louis understands that creating meaningful solutions in the health and welfare industry means challenging and redefining traditional market constructs. Therefore, he works tirelessly with his team to assist clients in managing innovative benefits strategies rooted in paradigm change.

Louis has trailblazed the development of complex, multinational healthcare aggregation programs, pioneered the application of integrated/cross-organizational consulting as a foundational strategy, and successfully guided some of the largest international nonprofit organizations through the turbulence of the recent pandemic.

Louis studied agricultural business at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, advancing the mission/vision of nonprofit organizations, and exploring the beauty of Colorado’s mountains.
