Specializing in sports and entertainment insurance, Mona offers expertise in areas such as secondary sports accident and sports association program management. Her team is built up of over 50 years of combined insurance industry experience, assisting with a wide range of clients from individual athletes to large professional sports organizations, ensuring they have adequate coverage to protect their interests.
As a former NCAA Division 1 student-athlete, Mona has developed a keen understanding of the sports industry with firsthand insight into the challenges and needs faced by athletes and sports organizations. This experience provided her with the ability to relate to clients on a personal level to provide tailored insurance solutions that truly meet their needs.

Before joining IOA, Mona started as a branch manager at Wells Fargo where she worked extensively with individuals and small businesses, developing a strong foundation in risk management and client relations.
Mona earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from Black Hills State University.
