Zack Reimers, AAI

Zack Reimers joined Insurance Office of America’s (IOA) western division in 2016 as a risk management specialist focusing on real estate and entertainment. His role has since expanded to include large casualty alternative risk financing and management liability, including mergers and acquisitions. Zack consults with clients throughout the U.S. and internationally to provide comprehensive risk solutions for businesses and their employees.

Zack’s goal is to make sure his clients get bespoke solutions without sacrificing coverage, which extends even further in difficult markets. In the real estate sector, Zack’s team provides solutions for operators and developers of all sizes. They commonly run master and/or captive feasibility exercises for clients looking for more sophisticated alternatives to reduce costs.

What sets Zack and his team apart is the ability to pre-underwrite new acquisitions and existing assets for his clients, which frequently result in more detailed solutions than that which are provided by the underwriters themselves. This gives his clients the leverage to receive the best possible pricing and terms, leaving nothing up to chance in the marketplace.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. He holds the accredited advisor in insurance (AAI) designation.
