Cesar J. Dominguez, Commercial Lines Producer
SAN DIEGO (Sept. 10, 2021) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to welcome Cesar J. Dominguez to its expanding western region team. Cesar joins the San Diego, California, branch location as a commercial lines producer.

Before joining IOA, Cesar spent more than a decade in commercial lines insurance focusing primarily on the construction industry. He prides himself on the personal relationships he has established with his clients over the years, preferring to view himself as working for them and not just with them.
Cesar earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, and he is fluent in both English and Spanish. Additionally, he dedicates his time to staying up to date on changes in the construction and insurance industries by participating in relevant workshops and seminars.
