Paul Carroll, IOA Healthcare Specialist
LAS VEGAS (March 26, 2020) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) continues to grow its presence in the Las Vegas marketplace by adding insurance industry veterans Paul Carroll and Jeri Ballew to its employee benefits services division.
Before joining IOA, Paul founded The Westek Group, which specializes in the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans, where he served as president alongside Jeri, who served as vice president. Both bring over 20 years of employee benefits experience to IOA.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in finance and business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He holds the life underwriter training council fellow (LUTCF) designation and is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
Jeri holds the fellow, life management institute (FLMI) and associate, customer service (ACS) designations and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). As a client services manager, she has a detailed knowledge of employee benefits including benefit analysis, claims adjudication, HR assistance, and wellness event planning.
