LONGWOOD, Fla. (Feb. 5, 2021) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) Chairman and CEO Heath Ritenour is pleased to announce the addition of insurance industry veterans Courtnee Stevenson, Judy Lovelace, and Barbara Marty to IOA’s growing architects and engineers (A&E) team. The A&E team, or construction industry program, provides risk management services for architects, engineers, environmental consultants, construction managers, and land surveyors.
“In the current market, it’s thrilling to bring together an expert team of professionals who understand the unique needs of our clients in the A&E sector,” said IOA Chairman and CEO Heath Ritenour. “To see growth as a privately held and truly independent agency and to have the ability to deepen our relationships in this important niche is a great way to start the new year.”
As senior-level insurance producers, Stevenson, Lovelace, and Marty bring over 35 years of combined experience working with architects, engineers, environmental consultants, land surveyors, and construction managers.
Courtnee Stevenson is licensed in all 50 states and brings a strong work ethic and broad array of knowledge and experience to the A&E marketplace. Courtnee believes in “good old-fashioned customer service” and partnering with her clients to gain a full understanding of their risks, needs, and expectations. She looks forward to helping her clients protect the success of their companies and strives to provide exceptional care through focus, service, and expertise.
Judy Lovelace brings over a decade of experience to IOA with a focus on working with design professionals across the United States. “It really starts with taking time to get to know each client,” said Judy. “By understanding what makes my clients unique, I can then advocate for them and develop insurance options to improve their bottom line.” Judy currently provides risk management solutions, contract review, and claims assistance to her clients.
Barbara Marty has over 16 years in the insurance industry focused exclusively on architects and engineering (A&E) professionals seeking coverage targeted to help protect their hard-earned assets. Barbara focuses on providing excellence in customer service, including insurance placement, contract review, and claims assistance.
“We’re excited to increase our presence in the A&E space with the addition of these three industry professionals,” said IOA Regional President John Tenuto. “The combined experience they bring is impressive, and the way they take care of their customers is unmatched.”
