KEY WEST, Florida. (January 26, 2018) —Insurance Office of America announced that it has moved its Key West office to a new location and has welcomed commercial insurance professional Mel Montagne to its team.
Keys Insurance Services, which became a division of IOA in 2016, has served all the Keys for over 34 years. The Key West office, after serving the community for 18 years, has moved from its Peacock Plaza location to the Overseas Market at 2816 North Roosevelt Boulevard, Key West, Florida, 33040.
The team at the Key West location has been taking care of the insurance needs of the community through good times and challenging times, such as catastrophic weather events like Hurricane Irma. Within hours of Irma’s passing through the Keys, the Key West office had several teams across the country fielding claims calls. Within three days, damage was being surveyed and claims were being submitted. In many cases, this occurred before the insured had returned to their property.
With the new move, IOA is also pleased to announce that Mel Montagne, ARM, CRIS, will be working from the new location to serve clients’ commercial insurance needs.
