Spencer Allen has joined the Insurance Office of America’s (IOA) Employee Benefits team headquartered in Longwood, Florida. Spencer will serve as IOA’s Vice President and Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Atlanta, Georgia where he will be responsible for growth and development of AL, GA, SC and NC markets. In this role, he will focus on a “best practices” approach to lower spend based on clients’ corporate culture and risk tolerance.
With more than 30 years in the business, Spencer serves his customers as a Senior Consultant bringing creative and progressive risk management techniques and solutions to improve their current benefits platform. Once a long term Strategic Plan has been developed, Spencer’s solutions can be “bolted on” as the corporate culture evolves.
Spencer, a native of Atlanta, graduated from UGA’s Terry College with a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance. He lives with his wife Lisa of 30 years in Sandy Springs and their three sons also live in the metropolitan area.
