LONGWOOD, Florida, Sept, 12, 2016 – Insurance veteran Larry McLean has joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) as a vice president in its Longwood office.
McLean comes to IOA from Sihle Insurance Group, where he served as an executive board member and head of the commercial division.
“I am excited to be part of the IOA team and to work alongside CEO Heath Ritenour, President Jeff Lagos, and Regional President Danny Anderson,” says McLean. “I feel the last 25 years in this amazing industry have prepared me for this opportunity. McLean brings a rich background in insurance having started his own agency in his late 20s. He has been ranked Top 5 on FAIA’s Producer of the Year list and was ranked 13th in the country for new business with Zurich Insurance Small Construction. After a merger with Sihle, McLean continued his rise in the industry and helped the agency earn several prestigious awards.
McLean says he joined the IOA team because of its leadership, values, opportunities, and services available along with its passionate vision for growth. He holds five active license appointments, which allows him to provide solutions and perform in numerous areas of insurance.
