LONGWOOD, Florida. (May 10, 2018)—Congratulations to Insurance Office of America (IOA) CEO Heath Ritenour for being named an honoree of Orlando Business Journal‘s 2018 CEOs of the Year. The award is given to chief executives who have led their firms to fiscal success, created engaged workplaces and made central Florida a better place to live, according to OBJ.
“To be recognized among this group of talented business leaders is an honor,” said IOA CEO Heath Ritenour. “Beyond what we aim for in overall financial strength, our goals also focus on creating a workplace where team members are equipped to deliver their best to every client and creating a place they’ll never want to leave. For us, that is true success.”
In 2007, Ritenour was named CEO of IOA, and he has continued the organization’s significant growth path set in place by co-founders John and Valli Ritenour. Based on one of the most unique agency models in the insurance industry, IOA is focused on not only insurance and providing exemplary service to its clients but also on family and giving back to the communities it serves. IOA currently works with nearly 100 charities and nonprofits across the U.S. and London.
Eighteen top executives from the metro Orlando were honored this year by OBJ. Honorees hailed from companies spanning a variety of industries from manufacturing and healthcare to technology and recruiting to sports and, of course, insurance. The accomplishments of honorees exemplify the importance of receiving this prestigious award.
