LONGWOOD, Fla. (March 1, 2021) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce that seven of its brokers have been named Risk & Insurance 2021 Power Brokers®. Each year, winners are chosen from hundreds of nominees based upon their knowledge, creativity, resourcefulness, customer service, and most important, client recommendations.

To attain this high honor, brokers must stand out in three key areas over the previous year. They must have a creative, entrepreneurial sense for finding solutions for their clients; take pride in their level of industry knowledge; and must be outstanding in their delivery of customer service.
Winners are selected by a team of 15 Risk & Insurance editors and writers based on the strength of the testimonials they provide. Each applicant provides client testimony for consideration, and the process takes several months to complete.
