Alicia Igram

Alicia is vice president and branch representative of the Aliso Viejo office of IOA Insurance Services in Orange County California. She earned the professional designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) in 1990. Alicia is a member, past president, and served in other executive board and director positions of both a/e ProNet and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Orange County (IIABOC). She is a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Society for Design Administration (SDA), an affiliate of the American Institute of Architects, Orange County. Alicia was voted into the IIABOC Hall of Fame as the 1999 Agent of the Year in Orange County, and in 2010, she was recognized as IOA New Agent of the Year.

A second generation insurance broker, Alicia started helping out in her dad’s life insurance agency at the young age of eight. She began working in the property and casualty field in 1978, and by 1986, she chose to focus her insurance career in the design industry. Since 1986, Alicia has provided professional liability and various business insurance solutions and value-added risk management, loss prevention, contract review, and claim assistance to hundreds of architectural, engineering, surveying, landscape architectural, construction management, interior design, graphic design, and other consulting firms within the design industry as well as construction and technology firms.

Alicia and her husband Randy, both Southern California natives, have been married since 1985, have two sons, Spencer and Christian, and call Mission Viejo home.
