Gianclaudio Planzo joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in May 2011 as an employee benefits producer out of IOA’s Tampa, Florida, branch location. With over a decade of experience in managing human resources elements as an HR Manager in both leasing and open market arrangements, Gianclaudio noted business owners needed help navigating the most efficient platforms to secure payroll, workers compensation, health insurance, HR services, and retirement plans for their employees and business. His mission is to serve the interests of his clients, and he is relentless in finding these solutions for his clients and their employees.

Gianclaudio earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of South Florida. He holds the professional in human resources (PHR) designation.
