Jeff graduated from the University of Georgia, Magna Cumlaude, with a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance and a bachelor’s degree in finance. He holds multiple professional designations, including a registered professional liability underwriter (RPLU), associate in commercial underwriting (AU), and certificate in general insurance (INS).
