Joel Willis Jr. joined Insurance Office of America in March 2012 and currently serves as a vice president. Joel is also member of the RiskScore advisory team. Over his career, he has been cited in numerous national publications, including The Economist, Risk & Insurance and Golf Business.

Joel earned his bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia. He is passionate about giving back to the community that he lives in. He is a member of Wesley United Methodist Church serving as chairman of the Trustees from 2013-2015. He is founder and chairman emeritus of The First Tee of Greater Charleston, founder and president of The First Tee of the Golden Isles, and board member of The Food and Spirits Festival on St. Simons Island.
