Kelly Howell

Kelly is Vice President and a Shareholder of IOA Insurance Services. She is based in the San Diego office, which she joined in 2007. Kelly began her insurance career in 1982 and specializes in the insurance and risk management needs of the design and construction industry.

Kelly also focuses on client services related to implementation of IOA’s Risk Score Process, contract review and in-house risk management seminars. Kelly has earned the designation of Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) and is a candidate for the ARM Risk Management program. She is an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects in San Diego, ACEC and the Building Industry Association (BIA). She is also a member of a/e ProNet, a national network of brokers who specialize in serving the insurance needs of design professionals and contractors.
