Necole Grevers

Necole Grevers serves as a consultant to our clients and is Healthcare Reform certified. She has more than 13 years of experience in the business industry and she has experience with Fully Insured, Minimum Premium and Self Insured contracts for accounts of all sizes and industries.

Working with nationwide employers, Necole has gained a strong knowledge of employment trends and best practices to better prepare clients for the future as the Affordable Care Act changes today’s workplace. As the client’s advocate, Necole’s primary responsibility is to manage the financial and underwriting aspects of her accounts. She is responsible for the overall relationship and ensuring that the scope of services has been delivered effectively. Necole’s expertise consists of contract and financial analysis, managing the day-to-day client service initiatives, introducing new resources, advising on industry trends and proactively maintaining compliance standards.

Prior to joining IOA Necole has served in high-level finance positions at two large public companies and in public accounting with a focus on ERISA compliance audits. With this experience she brings a strong financial, analytical and compliance approach.

Necole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. She is currently licensed in Life, Health, and Annuities, Certified in Health Reform Delivery, and a Certified Public Accountant (Ohio-inactive).
