Nicole Hall joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in April 2024 following more than two decades of experience in various financial fields including mortgage loan processing, federal financial aid, retirement planning, and tax preparation. She has also been immersed in the wellness community, recently having sold her local day spas, so she understands the challenges that small businesses face.

With a focus in personal lines insurance and a passion to help policyholders navigate the difficulties they experience, Nicole brings clarity and assurance to her clients. Through her quest to solve her client’s financial puzzle, she brings a personalized approach because with a full picture, they can move forward making the best decisions for their financial health and general wellbeing.
