Scott Armstrong

Scott Armstrong joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in June 2022 as an employee benefits consulting in the West Division. Before joining IOA, Scott served as an employee benefits consultant at HUB International/Der Manouel Insurance Group. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the industry, Scott gained his rich expertise from his roles as consultant, carrier representative, self-funded specialist, and director of broker relations for a large medical group. His focus over the years has been to provide affordable and innovative solutions to his clients in an ever-changing marketplace.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, and he is a certified self-funding specialist (CSFS) with the ability to provide employers the best options for creating and managing the claims and funding processes.
