W. Scott Rogers joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in September 2023 after more than two decades of experience in the franchise automotive sector, including roles in sales, finance, and risk management for one of the world’s largest carriers. Scott’s expertise ranges across a myriad of automotive industry divisions, including claims, fire and theft investigation, sales, and F&I.

Scott focuses on helping dealerships mitigate their known risks while identifying emerging exposures through a consultative approach. His strategic support stems from his prior experience in the retail segment that he now serves, which also allows him to tailor his approach to the specific needs of his clients and their personnel. He has a passion for training and income development coupled with a keen focus on process and compliance due to his past dealership experience.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in risk management and insurance from Washington State University. He is an active member of the WSU Alumni Association and participates in both local and national charities such as Kids in Cars and Feed My Starving Children.
