Steven Baggett joined Insurance Office of America in April 2018 following nearly a decade of experience providing risk management and commercial insurance solutions to clients throughout the country across a wide range of industries. In 2020, he was asked to lead a team to implement and teach Salesforce to both property and casualty and employee benefits producers at IOA.

Prior to joining IOA, Steven worked for Federated Mutual Insurance Company where he led sales efforts in Gwinnett County, Georgia. During that time, he was a leading sales representative focused primarily on property and casualty, group health, and life and disability, while also helping clients with their estate planning and business succession planning needs.

Steven received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business management from North Georgia College and State University. He was a member of the Corp of Cadets, led North Georgia’s NCAA Rifle Team, and was President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Steven is currently a board member of the Georgia Fire Sprinkler Association.
