Steven Cardew, CLCS, joined Insurance Office of America in September 2023 as southeast transportation lead. Before joining IOA, Steven served as senior vice president and partner of a top-tier brokerage, where he played a key role in expanding its transportation operation in the southeast by 500% over the last six years. He also started a transportation practice in his prior agency, overseeing all transportation division operations. His ability is grounded in legacy, as his father was in trucking and logistics for decades. Steven pursued trucking following his entrance into the insurance industry, utilizing his contacts with some of the largest logistics providers in the U.S.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of South Florida and his MBA from Everest University. He holds the commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation.
