Lauren Brooke joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in June 2003 and is currently a vice president of employee benefits. Lauren’s knowledge and experience encompasses alternate funding, fully insured contracts, wellness solutions, and cost containment strategies.

Lauren is proud to have spent her entire professional career at IOA, where she has served as an account executive on the property and casualty side of the house before moving to the Employee Benefits Division. With more than two decades of experience in employee benefits, Lauren has served in various capacities, including sales, marketing, account management, and customer service.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Florida.
