William “Will” Allen joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in 2019. After three years of serving as an account coordinator and account associate out of the Atlanta branch office, Will has moved to a new role as employee benefits advisor. Knowledgeable in all aspects of employee benefits, Will offers a versatile and competitive background with key experience in marketing, customer service, carrier relations and negotiations, benefit and claim analysis, data analytics, and self-funded strategy and implementation.

Will earned the voluntary benefits specialist (VBS) and group benefits disability specialist (GBDS) designations. He is also licensed in the life and health sector.

Will is a member of National Association of Health Underwriters and Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
