Zachary C. Waters, AAI, joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in June 2020 as a commercial lines producer and risk management consultant working with its architectural and engineering teams. Before joining IOA, Zachary was a broker at Dealey Renton & Associates in Oakland, California, where he worked with design professionals.

Zachary is focused exclusively on architects and engineers and designing risk management programs targeted to keeping clients safe and profitable. He holds the accredited advisor in insurance (AAI) designation and is a board member of the Architectural Foundation of San Francisco.
