Richard J. (RJ) Leonard, Vice President of Operations, Northeast Region
LONGWOOD, Fla. (April 02, 2024) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard J. (RJ) Leonard to vice president of operations for the Northeast region. This promotion follows the considerable contributions and strong performance RJ has demonstrated over his long tenure with IOA.

RJ joined IOA in 2006 as an account executive on the personal lines team. Since then, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility serving in key leadership positions in personal lines, select business, and field operations. He also has played an integral role in support of IOA’s business development team.
“I have always been intently focused on the development of people and how we serve our valued clients,” said RJ. “I enjoy helping others sharpen their skill set so they can grow personally and professionally, which is something I will be able to continue in this new role.”
