Insurance Office of America Welcomes Rachael A. Pagone to Eastern Division Team

LONGWOOD, Fla. (March 21, 2024) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to welcome Rachael A. Pagone to its property and casualty team. An insurance industry veteran, Rachael joins IOA’s Eastern division team from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Rachael has served as a commercial property and casualty consultant in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She started her insurance career at one of the largest global insurance carriers and has served in key roles with insurance companies ranging from production, overall account management, field underwriting, and client-facing positions. Since then, she has worked with top-tier national insurance brokerages as a producer responsible for growing and maintaining clientele in the commercial middle-market sector.

Rachael understands the unique risk exposures of her clients, many of which are in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries. For the last decade, she also has built an in-depth knowledge of management liability and cyber liability, partnering as an event speaker with FBI agents, law firms, and IT security companies across the country to bring awareness of cyberrisk and coverage solutions to clients and prospects alike. Rachael also has a strong focus on captives, educating businesses on the benefits of being a captive member.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
