Bryan Mercer joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in March 2025 as a risk management consultant specializing in insurance solutions for the construction and hospitality sector. Bryan is an expert in coastal property, leveraging his residency on the coast to offer clients unparalleled insights and tailored protection. His comprehensive understanding of these industries allows him to provide expert advice and customized risk management strategies. Bryan remains committed to educating his clients in an effort to secure tailored insurance solutions for their risk management needs.

Prior to joining IOA, he gained valuable experience working for a local independent agent on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in finance from Greensboro College. He holds the commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation.
