Delana began her insurance career in 2003, progressing from a customer service role to managing dual agency locations and training both service staff and agents.

She joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in 2022 as a personal lines account executive specializing in the Florida Keys and South Florida markets.

With more than two decades of experience spanning commercial, workers’ compensation, marine, and personal lines insurance, Delana brings a broad foundation of deep regional expertise and local knowledge to every client relationship.

Known for her commitment to clear communication and building relationships based on trust, Delana specializes in providing insurance solutions for permanent resident homesteaders and investors who rent property on a short or long-term basis.

Delana holds the AAI and AAI-Management designations and is currently completing the AINS designation.
