David Eades joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in 2021 and quickly found a niche in the telecommunications and utility industry. His client list consists of, but is not limited to, contractors that perform tower modifications, civil work, directional drilling, small-cell, engineering, and steel erecting all over the United States. His goal is to use his immense knowledge in the industry to bring a custom-tailored risk management approach to each individual client.

David believes that establishing a meaningful relationship with clients is critical. He wants to be a source to lean on for anything related to risk, safety, compliance, and insurance. By taking this approach, David can inform clients of the benefits of viewing risk as an ongoing and always-improving process.

David started his insurance career by providing producers with market research and supporting staff with IT needs. With a degree in finance and a concentration in risk management, he learned the ins and outs of the industry, which led him to IOA in 2022 as a commercial insurance producer.

David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Samford University’s Brock School of Business. He holds a commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation.
