Emily Stockton joined Insurance Office of America in 2015 and currently serves as a senior sales consultant for employee benefits. Emily has applied her skills as a client management leader to deliver impactful results. She is responsible for performance metrics around benefits and administrative HR services that have been aligned to meet the needs of employers and employees alike. Emily’s skill set in compliance, employee education, and satisfaction of employer objectives has allowed clients to be in a more competitive position in their industries. Her distinguished pursuit of excellence for her clients has led her to be proficient in handling a variety of industry segments, like healthcare, law firms, construction, manufacturing, and nonprofits.

A unique and well-rounded team member, Emily offers extreme value for the clients she engages. She is an IOA strategic committee member who supports IOA consultants and clients nationally with various market trends. Most recently, she vetted and audited dozens of mental health point solutions for viability as a service offering to IOA’s clients. She is a recognized source for capturing new ways to deal with the usual benefits administration issues.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
