Geoff Johansing joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in December 2013 as a commercial insurance producer with over three decades of experience in the insurance industry. He focuses on commercial accounts and strives for excellence. Geoff specializes in workers compensation but has client accounts across numerous industries.

Geoff began his insurance career in 1994, working for his family’s agency that had been around since 1915, Cass & Johansing. Geoff was the fourth generation Johansing in the business. When the agency merged with IOA, he noticed greater access to preferred insurance carriers, both nationally and internationally. IOA has also enhanced his ability to custom tailor business insurance needs for each client with greater availability to alternative risk solutions, human resources, and other products and services.

Geoff earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State Polytechnic University. He holds both the certified workers compensation advisor (CWCA) and the certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation.
