Hilton Francine joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in December 2023 as a commercial lines risk consultant focusing on fire and security, artisan contractors, hospitality, and automobile dealerships. His clients include restaurants, fire suppression solutions, roofing, flooring, and HVAC contractors, among others.

Hilton earned his bachelor’s degree in business, management, and marketing from Samford University.
