James Goding, CLCS, joined Insurance Office of America in September 2023 as southeast transportation lead in its Florida Division. Before joining IOA, James served as senior vice president of a top-tier brokerage where he played a key role in expanding its transportation operation in the southeast by 500% over the last six years, working with fleets from 10-1,000 units.

James earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Florida State University. He holds the commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation. James is an active member of the Florida Trucking Association and its Safety Management Council, and he is a member of the Motor Carrier Insurance Education Foundation.
